Job Context:
∎ Currently, after the products are published in Google Play and the Website. We are looking for a passionate digital marketing manager who can bring decent tractions for the company through analyzing new channels and looking after digital campaigns.
∎ The team member will have full independence to implement any new idea for the company. The company has received major recognitions from Google for Startups, Microsoft for Startups, and Notion for Startups. These are all done by energetic people who have been contributing to the team.
∎ Edvive is yet a startup to grow. In the job context please make sure we have a very limited budget to run campaigns and most of our leads are generated organically through various educational channels. So, as a team member, we are looking for someone who will thrive to grow, redefine marketing structure, or even help us in new product development.
∎ Understand, startups are full of challenges with 0 protocols, you will get to take on new challenges every day with new minds and most team members are young. So, the job environment is too much friendly and everyone will listen to what you say. Because you are the king of marketing in the team.
∎ Who shouldn`t apply for the job? People who like a formal job with KPIs and documentation are requested not to apply. If you hate taking challenges and making fun inside a team environment you shouldn`t apply. We don`t have a fancy office, so it`s a red mark.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong implementation of digital marketing areas is a MUST.
∎ Must have proficiency in Media Buying, Google Adsense, Facebook Business Manager, Hubspot (Any other relevant CRM), Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.
∎ Promoting the business's current brands and launching new digital goods.
∎ To achieve the company's marketing goals, research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and suggest system improvements.
∎ Creating reports by gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends.
∎ Putting new sales plans and advertising into action.
∎ To meet sales and marketing human resource objectives, recruit, train, schedule, coach, and manage marketing and sales teams.
∎ Maintaining important client relationships through regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years

∎ Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
