∎ Graduation/ post-graduation in any discipline preferably from CSE, Business Administration.
∎ Educational requirements are flexible in the case of having desired skills and experience.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after various day to day activities including: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay Per Click (PPC) or Web Advertising, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Social Media Advertising, Email Marketing, and offline activation activities.
∎ Planning & managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's brand, products, and services
∎ Designing & overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
∎ Developing & monitoring campaign budgets and work directly with UAE office for budget spending approvals and campaign reporting
∎ Planning & managing our social media platforms including: plan for social media strategies, designing and/or creating social media contents, building social media campaigns (or get it done), implementing various social media strategies, monitoring social media strengths and performances, etc.
∎ Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance based on various KPIs set by the company.
∎ Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results and take proper measures for business growth of the company.
∎ Identifying the latest trends & technologies affecting the Graphic Design Outsourcing & BPO industry.
∎ Evaluating important metrics & KPIs that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
∎ Drawing the attention of the global relevant customers and must have a proven track record. Good command in generating online leads.
∎ Working closely with our Digital Marketing Team to ensure various digital project deadlines and operations.
∎ Working with our Digital Marketing Team to brainstorm new & innovative growth strategies.
∎ Overseeing and managing various digital projects with various third parties and appointed consultants.
∎ Report directly on a daily to weekly-basis to the UAE office for various digital marketing and Social Media growths & performances.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong skill in Content marketing.
∎ Take initiative for a short-term and long-term business generation.
∎ Familiarity with Search Engine Algorithms.
∎ Gap Analysis and Reporting.
∎ Expert in Paid marketing tools like Google Ad-words, Facebook Ad, LinkedIn Ad, Instagram Ad, YouTube Ad, etc.
∎ Knowledgeable about latest traffic and lead generation trends.
∎ Should have practical strategies of organic search ranking for the major keywords.
∎ Strong skills on Google Webmaster and Google Analytics.
∎ Solid understanding of online sales processes.
∎ Comfortable with written & verbal English.
