Responsibilities & Context:

Khoshroz Kitab Mahal Ltd., is the sister concern of Magura Group. This is 100 years old publication company in Bangladesh. The company deals with different  law books, Islamic law books, different kinds register & Education materials. The company has vacancy of Digital Marketing Manager post. The person who has strong eligibility of following experience is encouraged to apply.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with Publication items.

  • Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, linkdlin, Google, TikTok, etc.) to achieve sales and branding objectives.

  • Manage SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and paid social campaigns to drive traffic, lead generation, and online sales.

  • Implement and integrate emerging technologies like AI and ML into campaign design, customer targeting, and personalization.

  • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and optimize campaigns to ensure strong ROI.

  • Provide monthly/quarterly reports on digital campaign effectiveness and consumer insights.

  • Work with product, sales, and creative teams to align digital efforts with business priorities.

  • Liaise with external agencies and vendors for campaign execution and innovation.

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital dashboards to track performance.
