Additional Requirements:

Required Experience

  • 2–3 years in hands-on digital marketing roles with full-stack execution experience

  • Demonstrated ability to manage SEO, paid ads, social media, and CRM tasks independently

  • Experience working with global or multicultural audiences (Muslim market experience preferred)

  • Familiarity with managing content in multiple languages is a plus

  • Exposure to growth-stage digital products or ethical tech is highly valued

Core Skills

  • Social scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Meta Suite, etc.)

Work Days: 5 days per week (Sunday - Thursday)

Days Off: Friday & Saturday

Office Hours: 9 hours daily (including breaks)

Work Mode: In-Office (Dhaka Office)

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly capable Digital Marketing Executive who can independently execute multi-channel marketing strategies with precision, creativity, and integrity. This is not a junior or assistant role — the ideal candidate is expected to be fluent in SEO, SMM, content development, CRM, analytics, and full-funnel execution using AARRR models.

You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager but will be accountable for the tactical implementation of campaigns, reporting, optimizations, and growth initiatives across all Kahf platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Execution

  • Implement tactical campaigns aligned with AARRR (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue) growth funnel
  • Translate strategy into action: manage creatives, launch content, monitor results

Paid Media

  • Launch and manage ads across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X
  • Prepare audience segments, UTM links, creatives, and campaign setups
  • Monitor performance, optimize in real time, and support ROAS/CAC goals

SEO & ASO

  • Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and metadata updates
  • Coordinate technical SEO with developers (basic schema, speed, mobile readiness)
  • Manage ASO for app stores: descriptions, keywords, screenshots

Social Media Management

  • Own content calendars and publish across Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook
  • Write engaging, brand-aligned captions with high visual and faith sensitivity
  • Manage community engagement, responses, and trend leveraging ethically

Content Marketing

  • Write short-form content (ads, captions, blog summaries) and coordinate with designers/writers
  • Ideate and support UGC campaigns, influencer collaborations, and testimonials

Lifecycle Marketing (CRM)

  • Setup, segment, and execute email and push campaigns (onboarding, reactivation, reminders)
  • Use platforms like Brevo, Mailchimp, or Customer.io
  • Track open/click rates, churn signals, and reactivation flows

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain campaign dashboards using GA4, Firebase, or similar tools
  • Run weekly reporting: traffic sources, ad spend, retention curves, engagement metrics
  • Implement basic A/B tests (headlines, thumbnails, CTAs)
