Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Graphics Design or Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing with a strong focus on SEO and Content Writing.

  • Proven experience in successfully growing organic traffic and improving SERP rankings.

  • Experience in skincare & beauty brands is preferred, with a strong ability to write in a compelling brand voice.

  • Skills: Advanced SEO (On-page/Off-page/Technical), Content Management Systems (CMS), Keyword Research Tools (e.g., Ahrefs/SEMrush), Google Analytics & Search Console.

  • Bachelor’s degree from any discipline.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills in English and/or Bengali.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: Develop and execute comprehensive Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Content Marketing strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and establish the brand as a thought leader in the skincare and beauty industry.

Job Nature: Full Time (Office Based)

Office Time: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Working Days: Saturday – Thursday

Weekend: Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value search terms for content creation and SEO targeting.

  • Develop, write, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging content for the website, blog, social media, and product descriptions that drive organic traffic and conversions.

  • Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices (e.g., meta tags, heading structure, internal linking, site speed optimization).

  • Execute link-building strategies and manage off-page SEO to increase domain authority.

  • Audit existing website content regularly to identify gaps, optimize for SEO, and ensure brand consistency.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.

  • Collaborate with the e-commerce and creative teams to ensure content aligns with product launches and campaign goals.

  • Google Ads Knowledge is a plus.
