Experience:

• At least 4 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• At least 4 years

• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work.

• Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and branding.

• Leadership skills and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.

• Familiarity with Islamic branding principles is a plus.

• Motion graphics and video editing experience is a bonus.

Working Hours: 9 hours per day, full-time

Sunday to Thursday (5 days a week)

Job Summary: We are looking for a Graphics Designer with strong creative vision and technical expertise to lead the visual design efforts at Kahf Bangladesh Ltd. You will play a key role in shaping the brand through engaging and thoughtful design across digital, print, and product platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.

• Create high-quality visual content for social media, web, mobile, and print.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to bring ideas to life through visuals.

• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all materials.

• Mentor junior designers and oversee the quality of all design outputs.

• Contribute to UI/UX efforts where needed.

• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
