Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Web Development: Prepare, manage, and maintain the company website on WordPress, including domain and hosting management.
∎ 2. Graphic Design: Lead the development and execution of visual content, designing marketing materials like brochures, banners, advertisements, and social media assets.
∎ 3. Digital Marketing: Implement and manage the company's social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and the company website. Execute and oversee digital marketing campaigns.
∎ 4. Videography: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for marketing and promotional purposes.
∎ 5. Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop digital marketing strategies by studying economic indicators, tracking market changes, identifying customer needs, and monitoring competition.
∎ 6. SEO Expertise: Possess a solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO and identify valuable keywords for driving high-quality traffic.
∎ 7. Content Creation: Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily, including text, photos, videos, and news, on different social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc., and the company website.
∎ 8. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through market research and prepare proposals for new and existing customers.
∎ 9. Client Engagement: Present the company's digital platforms to potential clients, follow up with them to close deals, and build strong client relationships.
∎ 10. Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign execution and performance, identifying and addressing key challenges.
∎ 11. Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with marketing managers to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
∎ 12. Online Advertising: Plan and execute online advertising campaigns across various platforms and optimize ad placements.
∎ 13. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research and optimize on-page elements to enhance organic search rankings.
∎ 14. Content Marketing: Create and manage content marketing initiatives, ensuring content is engaging and optimized for search engines.
∎ 15. Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement social media strategies to engage the target audience and build brand awareness.
∎ 16. Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, manage subscriber lists, and track email campaign performance.
∎ 17. Website Management: Monitor website analytics, track performance metrics, and implement necessary changes to improve user engagement.
∎ 18. Analytics and Reporting: Generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and provide insights for future optimizations.
∎ 19. Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing techniques, and emerging technologies. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and analyze competitors.
∎ 20. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with overall business objectives.

∎ • Creative mindset and the ability to generate innovative ideas
∎ • Strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of campaigns
∎ • Experience with graphic design or video editing tools
∎ • Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaigns
∎ • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
∎ • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
∎ • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends
∎ • Software Skills Required: WordPress, Domain & Hosting, Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Management (SMM), Content Writing.
