Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): construction

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand design and drawing like Architectural, Structural, Plumbing and Electrical system of a project.
∎ Supervise & execute construction of building project including shore pile, basement, super structure, sanitary & plumbing, electrical and total finishing works of the building as per architectural and structural design.
∎ Perform in planning, designing and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and facilities.
∎ Manage project independently.
∎ Documentation and periodical reporting and capable of solving all technical and managerial problems at project site.
∎ Coordinating with all the relevant departments to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Interiors & Exteriors related finishing & construction working.
∎ Complete of all the documentation required for the project.
∎ Prepare monthly and yearly budget for the project.
∎ Material requisition and co-ordinate with procurement and issuing MRR.
∎ Resolving the issue related to project implementation with prior approval from management whenever applicable.
∎ Quality control, cost control and time management.
∎ Ensure safety, security and cleanness.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge in AUTO CAD (2D, 3D).
∎ Proven ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ready to work for extended hour.
∎ Pro-active, smart, self-motivated, enthusiastic and career oriented
∎ Good communication and strong presentation skills both in English & Bengali
∎ Capable of working with MS-Office
∎ Sound knowledge in Steel Sutter works and Fair face works.
