Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a digital marketing strategy and create an audience by studying economic indicators, identifying customer's taste, interest, and current and future needs, our product line, and their potential consumer, and monitoring the competition.
∎ Generate sales as per target
∎ Social Media Paid Marketing
∎ Online Boosting, Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights.
∎ Content Creation
∎ Design, build, and maintain our social media presence through Video and Social Media (Visuals/Gif) design
∎ Producing Weekly Reports on progress against job responsibilities
∎ Ability to maintain multiple brands
∎ Good Knowledge of Instagram and Tiktok Content making
∎ Generate, edit, publish and share daily content on all social media platforms
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 1-year experience in digital and social media marketing in any reputed organization.
∎ Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or related field.
∎ Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
∎ Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
∎ Deep understanding of how titling and poster/visual can affect performance.
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Quick learning capacity.
∎ Must be polite and well behaved
∎ Team Player
∎ Maintaining office hours starting from 10.30 pm till 6.30 pm minimum
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
