Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning & executing for all digital channels, including (Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.)
∎ Developing digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand.
∎ Executing strategies to get more customers.
∎ Contributing to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
∎ Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals.
∎ Planning and executing all Web, SEO, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
∎ Understanding of On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO, is able to identify powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic.
∎ Preparing operational newsletters and persuasive email marketing strategies.
∎ Regular market/project visit, meeting with existing and potential customers, email marketing, social media marketing, mobile marketing etc.
∎ Must have Knowledge in content writing both in English & Bengali.
∎ Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
∎ Able to convince the prospecting customer.
∎ Able to prepare & maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and daily reporting to the supervisor.
∎ Able to achieve monthly sales targets.
∎ Developing in-depth knowledge of our services and products.
∎ Knowledge of market analysis, sales promotion, customer management principles and practices.
∎ Analyzed market conditions and made a proposition to the better sales plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area: Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), SEO
∎ Should have experience in Email Marketing, client hunting.
∎ Proven experiences in digital marketing
∎ Digital, Social Media Operation, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Advertisement, Branding, Campaign Planning, Marketing, Promotion.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
∎ Need to always keep a smiling, warm, friendly, and positive attitude.
∎ Must be diligent and responsible.
∎ Excellent organizational skills
∎ Good writing and speaking fluency in English language.
∎ Strong communication skills.
