Responsibilities & Context:
· As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers across digital platforms, live chat, calls, and social media to deliver exceptional service and drive sales conversions.
· Your role includes providing timely order updates, confirming customer orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
· You will collaborate closely with marketing and support teams, maintain accurate chat and call logs, and prepare daily reports to share insights and performance updates.
· Additionally, you will handle customer inquiries, respond to social media interactions, and support operational tasks as required by management.
· This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer support while contributing to the overall growth of the business.
