∎ We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing/Social Media Marketing Expert to join our team. As a Digital Marketing/Social Media Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
∎ We are looking for experience in IT knowledge especially digital platforms for Digital Marketing, Paid Media Marketing (PPC), Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), customer experience, and digital customer service management.
∎ The job context for a Digital Marketing/Social Media Marketing Expert is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of digital marketing campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine marketing, and display advertising.
∎ Manage social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
∎ Create and curate content for social media platforms that align with the organization's brand and messaging.
∎ Monitor social media engagement and analytics to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer behavior, preferences, and trends to inform digital marketing strategies.
∎ Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure that all digital marketing efforts are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
∎ Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools, social media analytics, and other relevant metrics.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
∎ Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize the ROI of digital marketing campaigns.
∎ Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on digital marketing and social media best practices.
