• IBA – University of Dhaka
• East West University (EWU)
• United International University (UIU)

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce

• Age 22 to 35 years

• Proven experience in handling $10,000+ ad spend in a single month
• Must have prior experience working long-term with a company (with proof)
• Completed a Digital Marketing course
• Strong knowledge of Ad Account setup, Pixel tracking & retargeting
• Knowledge of AI Tools (ChatGPT, AdCreative, Canva AI, etc.) will be given preference

• Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns
• Ad Analysis: Identify which ads are performing and which need to be turned off
• Plan and execute strategies to increase sales
• Suggest required content types for marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of Facebook Pixel, Business Manager, and Ad Account operations
• Analyze data and prepare regular performance reports
