We are seeking a passionate and creative Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be deeply embedded in the Bangladeshi digital ecosystem, proficient with major social media platforms, and skilled in executing data-driven strategies to enhance brand awareness, user engagement, and sales conversion. You will be a crucial bridge connecting our China-based marketing strategy with local Bangladeshi users.
We`re looking for a passionate digital marketer to help us become Bangladesh`s most recognized e-commerce platform.
1. Social Media Management:
Own and manage official social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), including content planning, publishing, and community engagement.
Develop and execute weekly/monthly social media content calendars aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
2. Influencer/KOL/KOC Marketing & Partnership:
Research, identify, and build a database of relevant KOLs and KOCs in the Bangladesh market.
Analyze KOL/KOC audience demographics, content style, and collaboration value to tailor personalized partnership proposals for different campaign goals (e.g., boosting brand positioning vs. promoting hot-selling products).
Manage the end-to-end KOL collaboration process, from negotiation to execution, and monitor/report on campaign performance.
3. Streamer Recruitment & Management:
Recruit talented live streamers for our platform through our official channels. Serve as the primary point of contact for our streamer.
Collaborate with streamers to create engaging live stream sessions and content, aligning with product launches and marketing campaigns.
4. Paid Social Advertising:
Plan and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns across platforms (e.g., Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads) to achieve KPIs for lead generation and conversions.

5. Market Research & Analysis:
Monitor trends in the Bangladeshi e-commerce and social media landscape, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for content creation, marketing campaigns, and business decisions based on research and analysis.
6. Cross-Cultural Collaboration:
Maintain close communication with the China-based HQ marketing team, clearly understanding global strategy and localizing it effectively for execution.
Prepare and submit regular performance reports on marketing activities, demonstrating results with data.
