• Age 24 to 35 years

• Design engaging social media posts, banners, and static creatives that match our brand identity

• Create and manage boosted posts and paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, and others) with clear targeting and budgets

• Edit short-form and long-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, promo videos)

• Generate and nurture quality leads through social media, ads, and landing pages

• Handle all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube

• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar

• Track performance metrics and share regular reports with suggestions for improvement

• Stay updated on design trends, platform algorithms, and marketing best practices
  
  
  Requirements

  • [1–3] years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design

  • Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva

  • Video editing skills with Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and boosting posts

  • Proven experience in lead generation

  • Good understanding of social media analytics and insights

  • Good written communication in English and Bangla

  • A portfolio of past design and video work (required)

  Nice to Have

  • Experience with Google Ads, SEO, or email marketing

  • Basic copywriting skills

  • Photography or motion graphics skills
