∎ Manage and grow social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn X, Quora and YouTube.
∎ Perform keyword research and SEO optimization for the website and content.
∎ Monitor digital ad performance and generate analytics reports.
∎ Create engaging content and coordinate with the design team for visuals.
∎ Maintain online customer engagement and respond to queries professionally.
