∎ Graduation in any discipline with good academic track record. Candidates having Ceramic Engineering background are preferable.

∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Operations, Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tiles/Ceramic

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible to execute marketing and operation related all activities of the company effectively and efficiently.
∎ The candidate will lead the sales and marketing team and ensure obtaining of monthly export orders as per the set target of the company.
∎ He will coordinate with the production and other associated team to ensure timely production of the ordered goods as per the shipment/delivery schedule.
∎ Candidates having vast knowledge and experience in the marketing and production arena of Porcelain/Ceramic Tableware products are only encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ The Candidate should have minimum 8 yrs. of experience in Marketing & Operation arena in Porcelain/Ceramic Tableware Industry, out of which 2 yrs in managerial position.
∎ Candidate should have expertise in marketing of Porcelain Tableware products
∎ Should have thorough knowledge in all production processes of Porcelain Tableware products
∎ Should have proven leadership and coordination skills
∎ Should be sincere, self-motivated and result oriented
