Job Context:
∎ The job responsibility involves looking after the overall production of currently running 32 lines of the factory. (Total target is 64 lines)
∎ Good to have- IE & Production (Sewing) experience.
∎ Factory-based job in Sreepur, Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for making an effective monthly production plan/advance plan of the orders in consultation and coordination with marketing and merchandising production head, & management teams.
∎ Setup production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong production follow-up.
∎ Prepare breakdown, operation bulletin & garments layout and calculate SMV efficiently among all sections and help planning department to make plans, schedule and achieve shipment target.
∎ Must have good knowledge about denim bottoms & twill, shim-shorts, chino, cargo, dress pants, and shirts.
∎ Draft and design layout of equipment & workspace to reduce cost & non-value-added job.
∎ Perform capacity study, method study, motion study, sewing costing, and skill test for recruiting operators & fix-up salary.
∎ Prepare skill matrix and improve operators' skills by skill providing training and balancing line by mixing different skills; daily basis line and floor crisis record; thread and sewing accessories consumption; machines budge; incentives, manpower budget, etc.
∎ Do proper utilization of manpower, well-train up the operators, motivate the workforce, process development & analysis, and hourly achievement flow-up.
∎ Prepare man-machine budget according to seasonal demand and assess factory capacity, do cost-profit analysis, efficiency calculation, prepare different manufacturing processes i.e. SOP, etc.
∎ Analyze methods, and improve the new cost-effective methods to improve productivity.
∎ Balance assembly line by performing proper time study, create continuous work flow, find bottleneck points, eliminate bottlenecks & solve different production constraints.
∎ Implement an incentive system, and various steps to reduce defective %.
∎ Record NPT (nonproductive time) data and minimize NPT, reduce TPT (throw put time), and regularly checking of input & output records.
∎ Coordinate timely 'risk analysis' & 'pre-production' meetings.
∎ Reduce wastage, Increase productivity, product-wise line planning, and Ensure quality
∎ Must lead IE team & take proper accountability.
∎ Any other works as per advise of management.

∎ Strong technical knowledge in Industrial Engineering, Production, and quality systems.
∎ Candidates who have knowledge on 5s Framework, Lean, Six Sigma, kaizen, Social Compliance will have added preference.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Mobile SIM and monthly bill will be given.
Salary review yearly.
Festival bonus 2 times of basic salary in a year.
