Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in in Fisheries or Animal Husbandry or DVM.
∎ Or Graduation/ Master's/ MBA from any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and execution of sales target of all assigned products of the company in the assigned area/division. Strictly follow-up Target Vs Achievement by individual SKU.
∎ Timely collection of payables from the customer
∎ Searching and expansion of new markets
∎ Visit different Poultry, Fish, and cattle farms visit frequently to promote and generate sales
∎ Regularly Follow up daily sales and report to the present situation to the relevant authority
∎ Frequently market survey and reporting to the management
∎ Reporting about Feed Performance Report (FCR), Forecast Vs Achievement Report (Feed & Chicks), Competitors Information Report (Sales & Price)
∎ Efficiently handle Customer Complaint regarding any product and service of company
∎ Total Sales management for the assigned sales area/division
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly report and provide updates to management timely
∎ Send feedback from the market to management.
∎ Perform other relevant tasks assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Day Old Chicks, agro based farm, Feed Industries, Feed Sales , Sales & Marketing
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, has initiative and detail-oriented.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within deadline.
∎ Adequate computer literacy in MS Office.
∎ Experience in Poultry Industry essential
∎ Candidates should possess own Vehicle with a valid driving license.
