∎ Sales Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals and objectives in line with the company's overall sales strategy.
∎ Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and trends in the uPVC Pipe, Fittings, and Water Tank industry. Stay informed about competitor activities and market dynamics.
∎ Revenue Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Foster strong relationships with key clients and explore new business opportunities.
∎ Team Management: Build, train, and manage a high-performance sales team. Provide guidance, support, and motivation to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets.
∎ Cash Policy Adherence: Implement and enforce a full cash policy, ensuring that all sales transactions comply with company policies and financial guidelines.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
∎ Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and analyses to evaluate performance against targets. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
