Responsibilities & Context:
- Overall responsibility to achieve monthly/quarterly/annually sales target of the region.
- Prepare detailed Professional Business Plan within agreed budget and formulate Sales strategies for the region.
- Constantly monitor competitor activity and performance.
- Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule conscious, etc.) and maintain the relationship.
- Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts on Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Prepare delivery schedule against advance booking.
- Monitor and analyze progress, identify the limitations and take proper steps accordingly;
- Preparing daily visits, daily sales reports, new dealer appointments, handle product deliveries, and compile all types of marketing & sales-related reports and then submit its written form to the responsible manager on a daily basis and at the end of the month.
