∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, A Level

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directly working with Buyers on all Product Developments, Costing, Order negotiations and Placements.
∎ Work with Directors to analyze the yearly business plans and strategic framework.
∎ Work closely with the Design Teams to involve in bring Innovations and Sustainable Products to table.
∎ End to end responsibility in the process of business development, Order execution.
∎ Provide ongoing trainings, development and constructive feedback to teams to ensure employee development and succession planning for driving high performance.
∎ Effectively negotiating on costing (CM, Fabric, Trims, Accessories, Print, Embroidery, etc. with internal concerned persons) with the buyers/ buying offices to take the order on premium to increase revenue and profit.
∎ To follow up of orders and ensures timely shipment within a budget, effective usage of management tools such as spread sheets, follow up sheet, internally within the team & with buyers to enable systematic follow up of orders. In addition, handling mode of shipment, complains, claims etc.
∎ Closely working and communicating with Suppliers and entire team as well to in house fabric and trims on time and with factory staff, logistic team to meet on time production with right quality and on time shipment.
∎ Sourcing suppliers locally and internationally for fabric, trims and accessories to obtain the correct quality with reduced lead time and reduced price to maximize profit.
∎ Drive to reduce order management cycle and inventory reduction while following up the TNA timely basis for each activity and monitoring production to keep on time garment delivery.
∎ Capable of handling import/export shipments together with PO/LC payments for both fabric & trims with the involvement of shipping dept.
∎ To work closely with the Quality and Technical team to ensure all prints, embellishments and fabric/trims are of good standards.
∎ Able to work independently, self-motivated and hard worker who can work under tremendous pressure with good analytical knowledge.
∎ Possess high level of professional ethics and integrity.
