Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/Master's major in accounting from any reputed university with Partly CA qualified/ CA (CC) completion with good academical background.

Audit
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of audit plan, supervision of execution of internal audit work, reporting the findings of internal audit work with recommendations on corrective measures for improvement and Follow-up of implementation of recommendations for improvement.
∎ Monitoring Inventory Control.
∎ Verify post costing with pre-costing.
∎ Review and finalize the draft reports by the auditors and submit periodic reports on a timely basis to the Management.
∎ Verify monthly revenue realization.
∎ Identify the problems and report to the concerned authority timely.
∎ Monthly production efficiency audit.
∎ Monthly wastage/rejection analysis.
∎ Surprise physical inventory on stores.
∎ Verify production, delivery & marketing target vs achievement.
∎ Establish control on wastage management.
∎ Monitoring bill of exchange through pro-forma invoice with actual bill/challan & requisition together with ledger book & verified with other supporting.
∎ Verify monthly salary, wages & overtime.
∎ Plan, develop and continuous improvement in all activities of warehouse process.
∎ Investigate, check & verifiy the unit wise wages summary to refrain from ghost worker, illegal recruitment, unnecessary overtime hour etc.
∎ Perform other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have experience in cost audit.
∎ Experience in Garments/Textile industry with factory based will get preference.
∎ Strong organizational skills.
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills.
∎ Sound knowledge on Internal Audit.
∎ Conversant with both the International and Bangladesh Standards on Auditing.
