Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline from any reputed institutions
∎ Training/Trade Course: Any Special Training on Quality Assurance
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
QUALITY ASSURANCE, Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Inspection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Manufacturing (FMCG), Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and develop an effective team of QA, QC and technical staff who are responsible for quality related assignments/issues.
∎ Develop and improve existing QC systems to meet the international standards and ensure production outputs are in line with company specifications.
∎ Liaison with the buyers regarding major quality issues.
∎ Identify quality issues and analyze complex problems: recommend and implement preventive and/or corrective actions.
∎ Monitor and support the quality issues and communicate with audit and pre-inspection team.
∎ Control, execute and ensure the projected budget as per the company plan.
∎ Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product.
∎ Check daily report and analyze and feedback for corrective and productive action. Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
∎ Develop training materials and provide training to all concerns on regular basis.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, Zero NC, identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ Handling of customer complaints received in the unit as per the defined procedure.
∎ Jointly carry out root cause analysis of the non-conformance observed and buyer complaints. Duties involve managing the entire quality control staff, systems, factories, trouble shooting, and production control and customer interaction.
∎ Will be responsible for Quality control process of the production lines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Reporting skill on both Bangla and English
∎ Presentation skill on writing and verbal
∎ Presentation skill via computer software
