Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and Supervise sales team to ensure they all work properly as per their job description.
∎ Allocating sales target among the sales territories with product wise breakup.
∎ Keep monitoring target vs achievement in the market.
∎ Evaluation of monthly sales performance of sales territory, area, division, etc.
∎ Taking appropriate action in respect of Non-Moving & Slow Moving products.
∎ Prepare Monthly product forecast and submits to the management
∎ Evaluate product development and new product.
∎ Prepare dealers' limit setup, credit realization and market control management.
∎ To accomplish marketing & sales objectives by planning, developing & implementing.
∎ Monthly sales meeting to find out achiever and non-achiever sales person.
∎ Planning and assist to the HR in sales staff, transfer, leave, promotion & career development.
∎ Prepare comparative evaluation of others similar competitor company in accordance with all market information.
∎ Keep significant liaison with all other departments.
∎ Ensure party wise collection and take any necessary stapes in case of miss case.
∎ Establish bridge between dealer versus sales team and with company.
∎ Follow up competitors activities & planning to gear up own product.
∎ Visit market all over Bangladesh to improve upon the sales and appoint new dealer.
∎ Conduct necessary training of sales team as require.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 10 years experience in the Sales & Marketing field of uPVC Doors, Ceiling & Sheet.
∎ Physically fit, hard working and traveling aptitude.
∎ Regular Market Visit / Tour is a Must.

Salary: Negotiable
