- Hands-on experience in DevOps or related roles.
- Proven expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean, GCP) and on-premises servers.
- Strong skills in Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
- Familiarity with web servers (Nginx, Apache2) and load balancing.
- Solid knowledge of networking (subnetting, firewall configuration, VPN).
- Proficiency in IaC (Terraform, Ansible) and scripting (Python/Bash).
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Easital is a dynamic tech company delivering innovative software solutions. We’re seeking a talented Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to manage, optimize, and secure our infrastructure while supporting application deployment across both cloud and on-premises environments.
Key Responsibilities
- CI/CD & Automation
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate infrastructure with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Develop scripts/automation tools (Python/Bash) for routine tasks.
Servers & Infrastructure
- Manage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean, GCP) and on-premises servers (Ubuntu Server, Windows Server).
- Configure and optimize web servers (Nginx, Apache2).
- Set up and manage firewalls, VPNs, and network subnets.
Containerization & Orchestration
- Deploy and manage applications with Docker.
- Orchestrate containers and ensure high availability using Kubernetes (load balancing, scaling, fault tolerance).
- Support and optimize microservices-based architectures.
CI/CD Tools & Integrations
- Maintain pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and CD tools like ArgoCD.
- Ensure proper Git workflows and enforce branching strategies.
Monitoring & Security
- Monitor system performance with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize resource usage.
- Implement DevSecOps practices to ensure compliance and secure deployments.
Collaboration & Growth
- Work closely with developers, sysadmins, product managers.
- Participate in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Research and integrate emerging DevOps tools and best practices.
