Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• MBA / MBM / Master’s / Four-year Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business) from UGC-approved universities.

• Minimum 16 years of schooling with no third class in any academic record.

• At least 3 years

• Manager: Minimum 5 years of banking experience, including 3 years in Retail Home Loan or Developer Finance.

• Officer: Minimum 3 years of experience in retail loans, mortgage or real estate marketing.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data presentation.

• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

• Identify, evaluate, onboard and manage real estate developers and housing projects under approved enlistment policies.

• Develop and execute a developer engagement strategy aligned with NCC Bank’s Home Loan business plan.

• Achieve annual sourcing targets and budget goals through strategic partnerships, performance tracking and branch coordination.

• Coordinate with Credit Administration, Legal and Risk units for project appraisal, verification and compliance.

• Maintain and update a developer and project database, including sourcing history, sales performance and financial strength.

• Organize developer meets, fairs and joint promotional campaigns to enhance business acquisition.

• Monitor developer/TPA performance and submit regular MIS and performance reports to Management.

• Liaise with branches and developer offices for project tie-ups, lead management, documentation and customer support to ensure conversion targets are met.

• Conduct field visits and basic project verification as part of target-driven sourcing activities.

• Collect market intelligence on competitor developer tie-ups and recommend growth opportunities.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Bank Management.
