Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

• Diploma
• Bachelor/Honors

• Diploma / Bachelor in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or relevant field.
• Professional design certification.

• 2 to 3 years

• Age 22 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Practical skills will be prioritized.
• 2–3 years of practical experience in graphic design.
• Fresher’s with strong portfolios may also apply.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects.
• Strong sense of creativity, color, typography, and layout.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Must be able to work at Gulshan-1 office.

• Create professional designs for product packaging, labels, brochures, banners, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with departments (Marketing, Sales, Production) to ensure accurate and attractive design output.
• Develop social media creatives, promotional artwork, posters, and digital advertisements.
• Modify, edit, and finalize designs according to branding guidelines.
• Work closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure timely delivery of designs.
• Maintain an organized archive of design files and versions.
• Ensure accuracy, color quality, and proper output format for print and digital platforms.
• Ensure timely delivery of all design tasks and support printing/vendor communication.

Working Hours:

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Weekly 1 holiday)
