Job Context:
∎ Duration of Assignment: 2 years (24 months)
∎ Location of Assignment: Anywhere in Bangladesh (300 Upazila)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support to the TL and Co-TL and supervise a team of 100+ staff for successful implementation of the assignment
∎ Provide overall guidance and input to the project planning and implementation
∎ Supervise all program related aspects
∎ Troubleshoot problems as they arise in program implementation

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on traditional and modern teaching learning practices
∎ 15 years of service experience in executive/managerial position in GO/NGO
∎ Experienced in project implementation
∎ Minimum 10 years professional experience in reading related program management
∎ High IT skill
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication and motivational skill

Salary:
∎ Negotiable for all positions with Compensation & Other Benefits (Festival Bonus: 2)
