∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve monthly sales target set by the management.
∎ To supervise a big sales team of three or more regions to ensure achievement of sales target by all.
∎ To carry forward and execute sales and marketing policies in the market through his team members.
∎ To analyze competitors' strategies on regular basis and set suitable sales strategies for the company.
∎ To help the management to formulate time demanded marketing and sales strategies for ensuring consistent growth of the company.
∎ To guide, train and inspire the sales team for work at field level enthusiastically for visiting doctors and generating prescriptions.
∎ To explore new opportunities for business growth.
∎ To solve day to day problems at field level so that the team members consider him as their efficient leader.
∎ To receive day to day feedbacks from his team members for deciding right next course of actions.
∎ To work as a part of senior management of the company and support the top management to achieve company's overall objectives.
∎ To ensure proper utilization of resources provided by the company to obtain desired outcome.
∎ To keep certain number of sales team members in all assigned regions to ensure uninterrupted sales activities.
∎ To communicate other departments of the company ensuring sales requirements.
∎ To submit all level of required sales reports of all assigned regions time to time to management for evaluation.
∎ To hold other responsibilities those are applicable for this position or to assign as per management direction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years experience in similar position or 10-12 Years experience in managerial position in pharmaceutical sales.
∎ Problem solving skill, critical thinking ability, interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, pleasant personality.
∎ Ability to work with minimum supervision.
∎ Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
