Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify new market opportunities and ensure the effective development of sales and Marketing.
∎ Plan Analyze direct and central sales Staff to meet objects.
∎ Forecast market needs extensive knowledge on target base market management and ensure sales target.
∎ Lead and monitor all sales.
∎ Responsible to driving the regional business plan to achieve monthly and yearly target.
∎ Ability to formulate sales and marketing plan.
∎ Should able to control and supervise a large sales team.
∎ Forecast for sales and collation assigned targets.
∎ Product branding the promotional plan.
∎ Constantly monitor competitor activity / performance.
