• Experience with ERP will be given preference

• Strong leadership, coordination, and multitasking ability

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines



Responsibilities & Context:
  • To assist in managing and supervising day-to-day operations of the Registrar Office
  • To ensure smooth handling of official files, documentation, record keeping, and confidential data
  • To prepare, draft, review, and issue official letters, notices, office orders, and memos
  • To manage meeting schedules, prepare agendas, write minutes, and follow up on action items
  • To coordinate with all administrative units to ensure efficient workflow
  • To assist in organizing meetings of Syndicate, Academic Council, Curriculum Committee, and other statutory bodies
  • To draft meeting minutes, maintain resolutions, and ensure follow-up actions
  • To maintain archives of all committee documents, decisions, and policy files
  • To prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for Registrar and University Management
  • To maintain effective communication between academic departments, administrative units, and the Registrar
  • To resolve administrative issues by communicating with related departments
  • To assist in planning and coordinating institutional events and meetings
  • To Prepare and maintain all UGC-related documents including faculty profiles, student data, program approval files, and annual reports
  • To ensure that all activities follow UGC policies, Private University Act, and university bylaws
  • To communicate with UGC regarding approvals, compliance issues, policy updates, and inspection requirements
  • To coordinate departmental data required for UGC audits, reports, and accreditation work
