Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop action plans to operate the quarantine center properly.
∎ Work closely with the UNHCR health team, WFP, CiC office, Site Management, DMP-Health, senior management of BRAC and other camp health focal persons.
∎ Supervision quarantine center and provide update to UNHCR and BRAC.
∎ Provide necessary support to admit the contacts of COVID-19 positive patients as required.
∎ Check stock register, attendance register, benefices admission dispatch and way bill file and other respective register of quarantine center.
∎ Maintain good relationship and regular communication with CiC, site management, camp 4 ext. BRAC wash and Shelter team and other stakeholders (Caritas, GK, ACF and BDRCS).
∎ Attend regular meetings with various agencies and share update with BRAC Management.
∎ Prepare daily report on quarantine center and send it to respective persons.
∎ Ensure security of quarantine center.
∎ Prepare a proper action plan for volunteers and supervise their activities.
∎ Receive various materials and ensure the proper use.
∎ Support in day to day all logistics to Quarantine center.
∎ Communicate with the agencies responsible for Food distribution and medical support to ensure the services.
∎ Prepares daily, weekly and monthly statistical reports and shares with the concerned.
∎ Prepare and share quarterly activity update report (statistical + narrative)
∎ Trains, supervises and mentors the volunteers in quarantine centre.
∎ Facilitate sharing of information and lessons learned with other partners / stakeholders and agencies at upazila level
∎ Ensure proper utilization of resources and accountability to the programme.
∎ Document and file all relevant information / documents / formats according to Donor's requirement.
∎ Respect the dignity of the target group, caregivers and members of the community
∎ Check that all messages to caregivers, community groups, leaders and authorities are consistent and fully understood.
∎ Ensure security of all staff by maintaining strict security policy, update security risk, and share security incidence / situation report to relevant.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Strong capacity building and training skills.
∎ Strong capacity for relations with GoB and local stakeholders.
∎ Excellent organizational, leadership and motivation skills.
∎ Supervisory and managerial skills with proven ability to manage a demanding workload.
∎ Medium level expertise in office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
∎ Good verbal and written skill in Bangla & English.
∎ Experience with working in nutrition sensitive and nutrition specific programing.
∎ Ability to read and abstract information from a variety of formats.
∎ Ability to plan and organize work Independent with appropriate follow through while paying close attention to detail and show initiative in completing tasks and projects in a timely manner.
∎ Familiarity with project/program areas
