• We are looking for a Marketing professional who will be responsible as Head of marketing & sales, who has practical experiences in marketing & Sales and willing to achieve sales target.

• Preference will be given specially to the head of sales of any life insurance company.

• Lead the working team of agency office, Branch Office, Service Centre and Divisional Office.

• Be able to manage and inspire the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.

• Achieve sales target in the life Insurance business.

• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly report of Branch and Divisional Office. 

• Maintaining relationship with all potential marketing officers.

• Analysis of customer research, current market trends.

• Handling customer question, inquiries and complaints.

• Participating in sales team meeting.

• Any other task assigned by Management.
