Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure Best service support for CRM Vendor’s (Zero hindrance at Intertek in services)
∎ CRM to build strong rapport with their vendors to gain 100% trust on Intertek so to ensure continuous improvement in customer satisfaction & market share.
∎ Daily Analysis and reporting (Report Due List/ Delivery Status/ Hold Progress Update/ Payment collection update etc)
∎ Market visit on regular basis to maintain close relationship and arrange Customer engagement program.
∎ Help to increase Market Share and report value increase· To ensure report delivery TAT up to 80% by office time
∎ Close hold the sample following TAT policy.
∎ Work on credit collection to support credit Team for CRM Customer getting the report on time.
∎ Ensure Best service support for CRM Vendor’s (Zero hindrance at Intertek in services)
