Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Animation, Creative, Digital Marketing, Graphics Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Design/Printing/Publishing, Manufacturing (FMCG), Packaging Industry, Paper
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Translate strategic direction into high quality design within an established brand identity.
∎ Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery & layout.
∎ Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet Organizational standards & brand expectations, express ideas accurately & represent the company or client appropriately.
∎ Work independently & cooperatively on multiple projects.
∎ Examine existing process, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities.
∎ Update & maintain internal databases of design, photography & video.
∎ Use trend intelligence & an understanding of the current & historical business & market to design & execute specific classifications.
∎ Conceptualize visual based on requirements.
∎ Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5 & Javascript
∎ Knowledge of wordpress & content management systems a plus.
∎ Photography experience & proficiency with photo editing software.
∎ Would be assigned for digital as well as any other ad-hoc product design task.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate have to be smart, energetic & dynamic
∎ Create visual concepts by using various design software.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of illustrator, Photoshop and similar software.
∎ Create visual video graphics, video editing concepts by using software.
∎ Professionalism regarding time, cost and deadline.
∎ Highly proficient in all aspects of graphic design.
∎ Must have sound knowledge and practical experience doing the jobs in an actual production environment using design software.
∎ Can do work under pressure.
