Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make sales, achieve monthly and yearly sales target.
∎ To operate, lead and motivate Sales teams to achieve the desired result.
∎ To plan and monitor Sales teams regular activities.
∎ To visit prospective customers regularly.
∎ To ensure optimum utilization of promotional materials.
∎ To maintain relationship with the existing customers.
∎ To attend various fair.
∎ To submit various report to Management
∎ Follow Up construction work as per design and work schedule.
∎ Overall management of Construction Site.
∎ Market research, forecast, analyze and report Sales and Profit results.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years’ experience in reputed real estate companies;
∎ Proven track record in real estate sales will be given preference;
∎ BBA/MBA in Marketing from a reputed University/Institute;
∎ Strong Communication skills in English and Bengali (verbal and written);
∎ Computer literacy and online communication ability.
