Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science from a recognized University.
∎ Excellent communication skills in spoken & written English.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Product Development, Research and Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chemical Industries

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new products based on emulsion polymerization, polyurethane polymerization, textile sizing chemicals.
∎ Conduct research and development works for quality improvement of products.
∎ Suggest innovative ideas and concepts about products, recipe and features etc.
∎ Liaise with management, sales and production team.
∎ Ensure competitive products while production cost is minimized.
∎ Carry out necessary tests in lab and prepare reports for management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of R&D experience in emulsion print & paint binder, ink, adhesive, polyurethane coating & sizing chemicals is preferred.
∎ Work experience in water-based Acrylic and polyurethane polymerization chemistry.

Salary: Negotiable
