Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA (major in Marketing) from any reputed university.
∎ Professional certification in Brand Management / Marketing will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Branding, Communication, Corporate Affairs, Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to formulate and document all sorts of media contents through Research and Insight, and audio-visual coordination (ATL/BTL/TTL).
∎ Strategize & execute the change-over & maintain the companies existing & future brand outfits, and corporate brandings.
∎ To formulate marketing strategies and action plans in line with the line manager's direction to expand its business in the designated area/territory.
∎ Assist to conduct communication strategy in line with the brand guidelines, brand vision, and value proposition for the short as well as long term.
∎ Conduct market analysis, Competitor's analysis, and analysis of customer/Client behaviors to assist and generate the brand marketing strategies.
∎ Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns on different social media platforms, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and creating reports as per management requirements.
∎ Design social media posts, motions, layouts, packaging, brochures, and other items as per management’s requirements daily.
∎ Liaise with print vendors, agencies, and other external production resources to ensure optimal output of finalized materials
∎ Any other relevant task assigned by the line manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years

∎ Candidate must have excellent communication & interpersonal skill
∎ Sound knowledge on media content development
∎ Assist in creating, implementation and developing annual communication plan
∎ Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, proactive, and decisive.
∎ Strong verbal, written & presentation skills
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office
∎ Can do work under pressure.
