- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, PMP, ITIL) will be an added advantage
Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage and maintain overall IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software systems
- Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place and regularly updated
- Plan and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Lead and manage the IT support team to ensure prompt response and resolution to technical issues
- Collaborate with departments to assess technology needs and implement appropriate solutions
- Monitor system performance and generate regular reports for management
- Supervise IT projects including ERP, database management, cloud integration, and system upgrades
- Liaise with external vendors for IT procurement and service management
- Ensure data integrity, backup, and disaster recovery systems are in place
