• Master of Science (MSc)

• Age 35 to 50 years

• Experience handling international MBBS student admissions

• Familiarity with BMDC guidelines and university affiliation processes

• Ability to coordinate student services including hostel and campus facilities

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Manage the end-to-end admission process for the MBBS program

• Counsel prospective students and guardians on MBBS eligibility, admission procedures, and career pathways in medical education

• Provide detailed information regarding student amenities, including hostel facilities, accommodation arrangements, campus services, and student support systems

• Ensure compliance with BMDC, Ministry of Health, and affiliated university regulations

• Verify and maintain admission documents, records, and student files

• Coordinate with academic, administrative, and hostel management teams for smooth student onboarding

• Handle and resolve admission and accommodation-related queries

• Maintain accurate admission databases, reports, and documentation

• Support management in admission planning and process improvement
