Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Must have CA CC Knowledge Level Completed (Total 1000 Marks completed will get preference)
∎ Skills Required: Accounts, Finance, Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), manufecturing, Public Listed Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of monthly financial reports and submit to the CFO
∎ Preparation and delivery of different financial analysis as per need of CFO
∎ Establishing internal control systems over all financial transactions of the company
∎ Monitoring journal entries, ledger accounts on regular basis
∎ Ensuring all the bills, vouchers are duly checked and posted into the systems on daily basis
∎ Ensuring the compliance of IAS, IFRS, Income Tax Act and Rules, VAT & SD Act and Rules, Customs Act, Company Act, BSEC Act & Rules, other laws and regulations in recording and reporting of financial information of the company
∎ Monitoring the Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables and keep them updated including the Subsidiary Ledgers
∎ Monitoring petty cash of both HQ and Factory
∎ Preparation of AP, AR, Inventory ageing time to time and ensuring proper control over company working capital management
∎ Preparation of yearly budget by collecting accurate data from all the departments
∎ Ensuring efficient inventory management and safety of both inventories and Fixed Assets
∎ Leading month end process of accounts by closely monitoring the team members
∎ Other responsibilities as per the instructions of CFO
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
