Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA CC preferably Knowledge level completed,or CMA (1000 Marks Completed)
∎ Training/Trade Course: Warehouse Management System,Inventory Management System,Just In Time Inventory System
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Inventory/Warehouse, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of daily and monthly stock report
∎ Keep up to date all the stock reports maintained in Factory
∎ Preparation of monthly interdepartmental reconciliation reports
∎ Ensuring efficient and effective inventory management of warehouses
∎ Ensuring inventory flows are recorded in every stages inside the Factory
∎ Maintaining FIFO strictly for finished goods
∎ Ensuring market returns and wastages are recorded properly and timely
∎ Managing order wise delivery and transportation to the distributors end efficiently
∎ Managing distributors claim against damage and expired goods properly
∎ Establishing BIN Card systems for better inventory management in warehouse
∎ Ensuring Economic Order Quantity, Reorder Level, Lead Time, Minimum Level, Maximum Level of inventory under Inventory Management System or Material Control System
∎ Ensuring utmost safety of the products in warehouses and products on the move
∎ Other responsibilities as per the instructions of management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Analytical Ability, Interpersonal Communication, Detail Oriented
Salary: Negotiable
