Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for all Customs & VAT related work, monthly return submission.
∎ Liaison and closely work with VAT regulators and customs office to solve all barriers that relate to Company.
∎ Prepare & Submit VAT return and other documents to VAT authority office in a timely manner.
∎ Prepare monthly a consolidate report on VAT and Customs office related work and submit to the reporting authority within lead time.
∎ Familiarity with local & International VAT law and VAT declaration procedure.
∎ Represent the company in legal proceeding as well as maintaining liaison with the concerned VAT, Customs and Govt. Offices
∎ Must have sound knowledge of Mushak - 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.5 & 9.1.
∎ Submit paper to VAT Commissionerate customs for NOC to release undertaking SRO benefited spares/raw material.
∎ Vat exemption relevant papers prepare and submission and processing for NOC.
∎ Capable to handle all kinds of VAT and Custom related audit.
∎ Should have clear knowledge over Court Cases.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the management.
