Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in Science, Engineering or Technology from any public university or reputed private university.
∎ Applicants with MBA will get preference but not a must.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set strategic plan and implement tactical action to achieve organization objective.
∎ Forecast market needs, assist in planning & ensure monthly sales target achievement.
∎ Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture potential customers.
∎ Supervise sales team and fix target and follow-up the activities of the team members to increase sales.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly customer (corporate/retail) visit plan.
∎ Find Potential customer by robust market visit. Visiting industrial customers and build relationships.
∎ Develop new businesses, applications and retain existing customers.
∎ Conduct market survey and analysis in developing new products and applications.
∎ Provide training to customers to ensure correct and safe usages of industrial gases.
∎ Track and audit company assets related to industrial gases.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3-5 Years' of experience in sales, marketing or business development.
∎ Candidates with experiences in selling industrial products will get a preference.
∎ Leadership and team building
∎ Good business acumen
∎ Good communication and influencing skills
∎ Willing to take initiatives
∎ Frequent visit to customers inside and outside of Dhaka.
