∎ Graduation in Finance/Accounting/Management/Commerce or any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Lead the Credit Management division and ensure adequate control of the debtor’s balance and report delivery administration.
∎ Responsible for helping business growth, identifying new business prospects.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Primarily focus on AR collection and maintain good rapport with customers.
∎ Ensure collection from customers in a timely and professional manner and within credit terms.
∎ Maintain an efficient record of collection activities.
∎ Liaise with all stakeholders (internal/external), via phone, email, portals, system on collection challenges and issues.
∎ Monitor credit accounts and report delinquent customers to management for review & action.
∎ Builds business by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationships with clients.
∎ Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
∎ Any job assigns by the management for the company’s requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 to 10 years proven experience in Sales and Credit Management.
