• sound knowledge on Transport Operation
• Interpersonal Communication skills, Data record keeping etc.

• Supervise and monitor all activities of light and medium vehicle drivers under SBG.
• Coordinate with transport departments across all SBG factories and plants.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among inter-departments of SBG.
• Maintain and update driver attendance and leave registers.
• Prepare daily/monthly attendance reports for drivers.
• Verify fuel and maintenance bills for all vehicles and motorcycles.
• Prepare and verify bills for pool and rental vehicles.
• Review and process bills from both internal (E and T) and external workshops.
• Check and process overtime (OT), food allowance, travel allowance (TA), and daily allowance (DA) bills for all drivers.
• Prepare and process new driver requisitions for management approval.
• Oversee the driver recruitment process, including written, oral, driving, and parking tests.
• Prepare note sheets, policy documents, and handle government affairs (Police, Court, Post Office), including accident-related matters.
• Manage vendor relations and ensure compliance with service standards.
