Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Com (Accounting) from a reputed Public University with CA CC (Preferably Knowledge/Application Level Completed)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning for all types of Tax, VAT & Regulatory issues
∎ Ensure all the return related to Tax and VAT submitted timely
∎ Making TDS and VDS deduction and recording process flow for correct reporting
∎ Checking the return have been prepared correctly
∎ Give hearing of Tax & VAT related queries received from DCT and VAT circle office
∎ Attend hearing of Tax appeal and tribunal
∎ Dealing with Tax and VAT related authorities
∎ Ensure Tax & VAT deduction challan duly collected by the responsible person
∎ Prepare all the Tax appeal, tribunal memorandum and submitted to the Tax authorities
∎ Ensure withholding Tax return submission within the deadline
∎ Reply all the queries received from Tax & VAT authorities
∎ Ensure all the rebate has been claimed timely and correctly
∎ Maintain smooth preservation of all types of Tax related documents
∎ Ensuring adjustment of Advance Tax Deduction at Source against the goods supplied to various clients
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have prior experience in Taxation and VAT
∎ Capable of handling tax matters independently
∎ Conversant with computer based Accounting system
∎ Familiar with The Companies Act' 1994, Income Tax Ordinance 1984, The Value Added Tax' 1991 & SEC Rule 1987
∎ Fluency both in Bangla & English
∎ Should have the ability to handle pressure and act as a team leader
∎ Should have good computer knowledge specially in Microsoft Office
Salary: Negotiable
