Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: This role is mainly responsible to drive talent identification process for senior mid managerial role and analyze, manage and maintain data to aid talent assessment and development process. The role will collaborate with stakeholders and assist peer and supervisor with analyzed data to take decision and formulate different strategies.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation.
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment. Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to identify the key roles in the organization and forecast yearly need of successors for critical roles in consultation with HR partners and programme personnel.
∎ Assist the team members to develop assessment tools by giving inputs and ensure alignment among selection parameters, tools and data management system.
∎ Drive the talent assessment process for key roles and collaborate with team members, HR partners, field HRD, programme personnel and other stakeholders effectively to ensure on time data collection and data entry.
∎ Perform data analysis, transform data into meaningful information and arrange information into to aid the assessment process as required
∎ Prepare routine reports and fill ad hoc reporting requests from different stakeholders like programme, Learning and Leadership Academy etc.
∎ Communicate and engage with talent pipeline for tracking progress and follow-up of development
∎ Develop a talent database and track talent pools size and report to Head of Talent Management on time for initiating new pool to ensure readiness of talent pool against vacancies.
∎ Develop visual materials such as presentations for intended audiences and assist in taking right decisions

Additional Requirements:
∎ Communication and interpersonal skill, Analytical Ability, Proficiency in MS office (specially expertise in MS excel)
∎ HR data management and HR core functions, basic understanding on talent management
∎ Understand the Policy and procedure to implement
∎ Collaboration and partnering, , drive for result, planning and organizing, critical thinking, self-motivated, flexibility, Change Management, stress management
∎ Minimum of 2 years working experience in talent development or management, HR data analysis and management. Experience in any job which require collaboration with multiple parties will add value.

Salary: Negotiable
