∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop list of targeted Clients/Companies.
∎ Prepare proposals for potential clients.
∎ Create market and achieve monthly and yearly sales target.
∎ Develop effective sales policy & guide sales & marketing team to formulate operational team strategy to achieve the target in monthly, quarterly & yearly basis.
∎ Assess & Ensure sales deed on behalf of the Company and submit sales report on-time.
∎ Monitor sales people performance & guide to meet sales target.
∎ Follow up clients through phone calls and personal visits on a regular basis.
∎ Monitoring all the sales and promotional activities.
∎ Prepare daily and monthly report as required by management.
∎ Develop & maintain client relationship to ensure future business.
∎ Manage all marketing communication and marketing requirements through effective management of the marketing function.
∎ Maintain customer relationship and after sales service quality & standards.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skill in English & Bengali.
∎ Strong customer relationship.
∎ Computer operating knowledge like MS-Office, MS Excel, Internet Browsing (e-mailing) etc is preferred.

Salary: Negotiable
